Our History

In 1997, Goutam Jha founded M/S. Goutam Jha Company, a proprietorship firm focused on constructing river protection projects. From the outset, the M/S. Goutam Jha family infused the firm with strong core values.

The company gradually diversified into self-established and fully operational ventures. This diversification led to the formation of a joint venture firm named M/S. G. K. ENTERPRISE in June 2013, which was later converted into a partnership firm.

The company's core business focuses on the construction of river, canal, and sea protection; bitumen and concrete roads; and building work, as well as various infrastructure projects designed to enhance water management and transportation. This encompasses not only physical construction but also the necessary planning and environmental assessments for sustainable development. The company has successfully completed over 30 projects in this sector.
